Miscellaneous: Chunk of Ice Not Dropping

I made myself a nice root beer and wanted something more frosty, I made my journey to TD and foraged/killed all of the Hulking/Gorla/Halara for many hours with no luck. Wondering if this may have bugged out to not drop. Also noticed unlike the wiki (i know isn't the most trust worthy) there seems to be only 3 hulking instead of 5 which could be limiting the amount of Halara's. I asked around if anyone has seen any chunks of ice and they only replied with a long time ago. For something with 1 use and no gain I figured it should be much more common. I do not believe this was a valid recipe until sometime in 2001, but couldn't find anything specific.
