Are you sure? I didn't add that one because you said "I guess" and it has the "ice cone" icon in the wiki.

Bonus Tip: if you want to see all of the glowing stone items that your class can wield, you can use the wiki's Multi-Category Search. Simply search for "Fashion: Glowing Stone" and (for instance) "Shaman Equipment" to see all glowing stones that are Shaman-wieldable.
