So my sister had a complex problem to solve among her climate change pals who can't seem to agree on some things, though they agree in general on the problem, it's the solutions they have issues with, because everyone has their hands out.

This was my solution. I told her to open a stock exchange and let her minions bid on the ideas and then close the exchange and the top ones win.
