Characters Gone/Wrong Password/Connection Timing Out

Did something happen this evening? I was disconnected, then tried to log back in -- to find my characters were gone, then logged back out.

Logged back in, kept getting an issue of wrong password.

Finally got in again, there is no UI to log in.

Logged back out, no servers on select list. Logged back out... then could not log back in, timed out.

It's the same on all my computers, and I took my laptop to a neighbor's house, same thing there too.

I've been having the same problem for the last hour or 2. Constant disconnects then can't get back in without relogging multiple times

I'm in Wisconsin, I wonder if it's regional? I was playing with my bud from Texas, and he wasn't having any problems.
