Can't Inspect Items

Ever since I've started playing, I found that I cannot right-click on an item to inspect it.

Under the options, my "Allow Context Menus" button is pushed in. What's going wrong?

are you holding down the right mouse button?

You have to long hold right click, or use alt+left click.

D'oh! Now I feel foolish. It's been about 10 years since I've played this game last...
