Weird graphics glitches with models, help!

I just recently replaced my video card with a radeon hd 4670, and since then I've been having weird pixel problems with models in the game. I have already reinstalled and tried tweaking whatever settings i could in-game. It seems like if i zoom in/out or move, the glitches will go away for a second, but at other times everything on my screen glitches.

Often I can see a npc or player from across the zone because their model glitches with a weird pixel almost 8bit looking outline around them.

are you using the Titanium client?

Yes I followed the install steps and used the Titanium client.

It worked fine with my other video card.

try revert to an older driver. Grab a driver from a few versions ago.

try turning off the 3 pixel shaders in the display options

I use a 4700 w/ all the graphics options turned on. Wipe all your drivers and nab the latest ATI drivers. They SHOULD work. Play any other games on your system? They ever give graphical glitches?
