Default First Person Spell Effects

I do not see my own spell effects when in first person. I am referring to the particles that surround your own character, not the particles that hit the target.

Is this classic or an issue with my install?

Apparently not - here's a video of someone casting in first person in classic era live EQ: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zA7e2ARHp9I#t=2m38s

Your installation is fine, you cannot see first person spell effects in the Titanium client.

It's been too long to remember for sure but considering EQ was set up as a first person perspective MMO it makes sense that it would.

-PaulG provided a video of such, looks like he is casting dispell magic.

I wonder if that has to do with QOL changes, anyway, like racial visions it will probably never get fixed due to the clients limitations (improvements?)
