Red-recycle server petition

Im just wondering, we as a community are not even thinking on trying to petition them to make a red recycle server? we could try it guys, get together and ask for it even throw them some donations if needed, wathever. But i feel we deserve another chance like the blue guys will have.

thoughts? what could we try to do to change rogean and those guys minds? im up for anything, even donate.

PD: we do some crowdfunding, get some plats together and toss em to them see if they change their mind, im up for it

I'd love to see some kind of petition or poll that would truly gauge the amount of interest people have in a fresh Project 1999 pvp server. I would suggest the poll/petition/guestbook or whatever it is be open for a long time, since some old players may not check the forums religiously. Cheers, Dragonbait.

i dont understand what u mean, red has its own rules. and as its been discussed many times on this forums, they had flaws at the start, like exp penalty on a pvp death and such. they are ok now

There is already a better server doing this, Rise of Zek. They start the next server in 2 months or so that will eventually be recycled into the original server. Rise of Zek has devs that care about PvP and they have gotten the PvE aspect in great shape since starting the project last year. The only custom things on the server right now revolve around PvP balance (resists, item effect duration like Tstaff, CoTH lockouts during PvP, translocate lock out during pvp).

He's not talking about hardcoded rules. Or maybe he is. But he's more likely talking about rules against training and dispelling mobs.

you know, roz is ok. but the community is splited up and we all know what would happen if we got a fresh red server on p99.
