Faction check for Plagus Ladeson.

Took my enchanter who is ally faction with the Steel Warriors there to do his questline. He conned indifferent and gave me this message.

"The Steel Warriors have no cause to dislike you, but you have yet to truly prove your worth to this guild."

Figured it might be another situation similar to this quest where the NPC simply won't talk to you if you're not the right class. So I rolled up a level 1 Freeport Warrior real quick, and it's the exact same situation. Cons indifferent and won't give any quests. Other Steel Warrior NPCs around the area con amiable.

Just bringing that to your guys' attention. xD

Edit: Forgot to mention that my enchanter cast Benevolence on him and didn't move past indifferent. I think there might just be an oversight where he was assigned no faction group.

-Plagus has the correct faction
-Toala has the correct faction requirements
-Item turn ins will work properly
-Hollish Tnoops has the correct faction
-Hollish Tnoops spawn method changed. He will perform his script routine once then return to pathing into the wall.
