A dream scenario
A dream scenario in this case, is something you wish would happen in game that you think would be cool.
Like this one of mine. Playing PVP on my monk and getting ganked by a twinked player. Said player has a sword, spear or something that is super expensive and effective at haste and damage. During the fight you use disarm and their prized weapon or shield drops and you, knowing your are soon to die, stop fighting a moment and pick up the dropped item and stuff it in your inventory. Even tho they won the fight, you took their expensive toy and logged off. That would be soooo cool.

everyone thinks people will be camping guise and manastone so the camp will be empty so I can camp them!

I am pretty sure that disarming a player in PvP puts the weapon in their inventory, not on the ground. Also, even basic PvE Disarm can only affect a non-magic weapon, aka not a "super expensive and effective weapon with haste".
