I'm only subjected to cable TV when I'm sitting in a hotel bed channel flipping for noise. I have to say, these things are fucking terrible. I even had to search for it and, sure enough, reddit is full of how bad they are. Perhaps that is the goal. I just want to imprint upon the record of the interwebs that these things are so abysmally bad that they rival a Riot versus Vanquish thread. We will not go quietly into the night. Today is our Independence Day. Carry on.

The commercials in psychwards where there's only 1 channels and u need to challenge the orderlies to duels for the channels is even better.

I'm the same as you OP only see commercials when I'm in a hotel and it literally makes me feel like I'm losing my mind they're so weaponized shitty.
