How does one get a transfer without getting someone or himself banned?

Serious question, seems you cant transfer any items or plat without drop transferring or else you get banned. Can I get a recommendation on how to get plat to my other characters?

sell said items to a vender, have said player purchase from the vender

Drop trade in isolated place is better. Make sure both toons are camped on top of each other in case issues

Why can't you do a transfer with other players? I've done them on blue in the past without issue?

braknar has banned quite a few innocent people which are still banned, im not one of them.

he basically told me in an email, well i dont know whats going on or who did what so im just going to ban everybody regardless if they were involved or not.
