Who are the current top 10 highest leveled? Names, classes and what level? Also bonus info, what are their p99 blue nicks?

If there is a leaderboard somewhere I would love a link.

I mean, his forum account is actually older than this one (or my older one). He just infuriates me... lol. If someone ever did a study of my post history, which of course no one ever would, that person would see that people who bitch about what other people think is fun trigger me big time.
