Pretty sure the second time eximo was banned was because Nizzar played his toon a lot. Same for Renian, obviously these guys we're not Nizzar but trusted him and gave him access, they shouldn't be banned.

If you give out your info, your still responsible for your account. Considering that account was used to skim loot off the top to rmt, I think it goes farther then nizzar just playing the account.
