late night USA time quakes give the euro players a chance at mobs.

ok then every quake is at 8am EST and east coast US players get all the pixels

all the quakes have been like 12am-2am est. lately seems like the triggerer is a west coaster. And idk what you talking about Trexeller eastcoast players get all the the pixels no matter the quake time lol.

later quakes give the later players a chance

that's the idea behind it

p99 devs can't beat the neckbeards tho. they have a raid force camped at 5 targets at all times.
