Bonethunder Staff quest for clerics
I have a lvl 10 dwarf cleric trying to do the Bonethunder Staff but I can not get Runethar Hamest to give me an option to start the quest. Do you need a certain faction with him? I am currently apprehensive and if so what are some way to raise my faction?

Bonethunder staff....used the wayback machine and couldn't find anything referencing it in 2001.
