Kromzek Mercenary Brooches
This quest was listed on the "master test list" but I can't get the brooches to drop, and the NPC who gives the quest doesn't seem to be in Skyshrine. Since it's just a faction quest (and there's a second quest for a really crappy belt) it'd be weird if this was added in Luclin but who knows.
Maybe a bug? Maybe left out intentionally?

Believe those are for a quest become active once the sleeper is awake.

Even the frost giant toes one? It seems really weird that waking the sleeper activates some pretty trivial faction quests.
