are you suggesting republicans should have ceded their majority position, held hearings for judge garland and then accuse him of raping women? i don't dispute that the demonrat failed attempt at foiling Kavanaugh's appointment/confirmation was in response to mcconnel's politically motivated decision and neither did graham. it's not quite the same though to decline to consider a candidate as it is to slander (this word is rising in popularity in my lexicon) him a gang rapist.
