Default Blank Server Select

I can login and get to server select, but it's always blank. I am running win 10. I disabled firewall, but still no luck. No error, so I am not sure what to do next. I couldn't find an answer in the "read this first."

Thoughts?

Using win EQ, not on VPN, and tethering to my phone... I got it to work, but would greatly prefer not to use phone data, especially since I use my computer for other tasks while playing. Still looking for a solution.

Have ran into this problem a few times using linux. The solution I have ended up going with is just logging in and out until the servers show up, i don't think its ever taken me more than 15 tries. There is a hack for linux to remove this problem by limiting the amount of servers that show up in the server select screen. It is written by someone on this forum, but since it's dealing with the network in some sort of way and I am unable to read code I decided against using it.

Update: 1017 errors and not able to connect errors trying to get on regular wifi with win 10. Going to keep troubleshooting, first by updating drivers.
