Default Vendor purchases to save weight

What are some good items to purchase to reduce weight when you are loaded down with coins? Ive been using emeralds. But is there something better? Looking for something that is light, stacks, is expensive but sells back for near same cost to purchase.

thanks

Peridots my friend
Stackable , light, you only lose like 8g on them iirc

They cost like 10p 2g and they sell for like 9p 6g I think

Emeralds have a similar but slightly worse ratio if memory serves

Peridots are also functionally useful for a whole bunch of spells (as reagents).

Move to resolved.

Most gems (including Peridots and Emeralds, as mentioned) can be sold for close to as much as you paid for them. The one important exception I can think of is the Lambent Stone, which looks like a gem but sells for a fraction of what it costs.

Tink bags are a vendor purchase that are always worth 5k and a little bit more in the tunnel. Bit more affordable than AoN at least. *shrugs*

EDIT: and saves you weight too. Thats 2/2.

Any jewelry gem you can buy from a jewelry vendor is going to be okay.

It's sort of dependent on the modulus of the buy price versus how much loose gold you have, in terms of the best one to buy to minimize the amount of gold you're left with and the number of transactions necessary -- but that's only if you've got OCD.

Some of them are horrible though, like Diamonds.

Peridots are pretty good.
