Technically the government can't be racist (and supposedly sexist), otherwise it's fair game for the most part and that's never really changed since the civil rights act was passed.
But we all know it's "dumb as fuck" to say: "You can't do something" and expect someone (or something, like an institution, like the government, or a fucking church ((who run some of our more shitty institutions, like in the health care industry)) to not do it. You have to back that up with rocket propelled grenades. | ||
