Apply Poison Skill
Apply poison skill is maxed and I'm still failing when I try to apply lvl 24 trival stuff. The amount of time it takes to farm/skill combined poisons they shouldn't be failing to apply. Just had 2 apply's fail in a row at max.. Give the rogue some love guys, this wasn't happening on live.

Any substance to this post besides barely any sample size or facts?...

You know how difficult it is to farm poisons and test on a reasonable sample size?
I wouldn't mind testing this out if a GM would summon me some poisons but I'm telling you right now 40% of poisons are failing to apply at max level.

and so what FACTs do you have to back up what the ACTUAL apply / fail rate from classic era was?

Anecdotal at best, most rogues didn't even use poison and I sure as hell didn't play one on live. I just can't imagine being "master" at apply poison and failing so often.
This is quoted from the p99 wiki poison guide: http://wiki.project1999.org/index.php/Skill_Make_Poison "you rarely fail to apply a poison you can make, but the higher your apply poison skill the faster you can get the poison on your blade and stand back up..." Not sure who wrote it but maybe he played a rogue on live, I don't know. Point is it doesn't make sense to be failing to often.
