I like 5/3/1 by Jim Wendler for gaining strength on core lifts like bench, deadlift, squats. I've been doing this shortly before Crossfit WoDs. Basically you never plateau doing this from what I can tell. Progress is slow and steady.

solicited a date with famous domme who last saw me Saturday (which was the day where i pulled the prettiest i have ever presented in my life). Got the date. This validates that my opinion re: my appearance is not delusion, imo.
I have made tremendous, severe gains. PS she's a lesbian. get validated nerd

Accidentally did 6.14 miles. Not even paying attention.
2.83 of it running. 1.45 uphill. I also hit my best pace uphill. My ass is amazing. I'm a fucking badass again.

I was really relaxed after today. I could have probably run 5 miles straight. But i am forcing myself to ramp up slowly. It was so nice to be able to really enjoy it today. I used to enjoy random 4 mile milk runs at a comfy pace. Which was faster than the newbies. If I nail an 8 minute long distance endurance pace ill be in heaven.
