My anecdotal approximations say that charm duration is 80% level disparity , 10% mr, 10% charisma. I have no math to support this so dont take this as law but after hundreds upon hundreds of hours of enchanting this is the conclusion I draw. I rarely tash or -MR gear a pet.

That ratio is my gut feeling as well after a thousand hours charming. Or maybe 15% MR 5% CHA. Would be interesting to see the actual formula.

I always felt CHA accounts for substantially more than 10%. Naked CR's in HS come to mind.

To be fair, a big part of a CR are Lulls, as well, where CHA plays a huge role. So maybe I'm a little biaised.

Im with you man. Lull already sucks at CHA cap, and even more so naked.
