Quest Issue: Putrid Skeletons quest not giving correct faction hits

I've been doing the middle portion of this quest 60+ times:

That is the part of handing Niclaus Ressinn a Putrid Rib Bone. Doing so is not giving the wiki reported faction hits. It is not giving any Knights of Thunder hit at all. I have no idea if the faction hit sizes are right or not, but they don't feel right after doing 60+ turn ins. I should be more liked by the Priests of Life by now, I'd think.

Sorry if this isn't enough to go by, but I am new to doing this.

The wiki is just a wiki (player maintained, although hosted by staff). The faction hits are typically not correct, and there are a lot of problems with inaccurate loot tables. Is totally possible 60 hand ins may not improve your faction, I don't know for sure. Best way is to research the quest on sites like allakhazam and old newsgroups and find faction information hopefully.

I think sometimes they even use values from live nowadays as it may be better than nothing.

That's what I thought, too; that it's just a wiki. But the way it is posted with the "Quest is active as of 7/23/2017" portion made me think there must have been some discussion about it officially, but all I find are references to a monk quest.

I tried the wayback stuff, but again all I can find is references to the monk quest for the putrid rib bones. Seems people are more interested in that quest than the one I'm doing.

Interesting that the site I just linked does show a difference in that part one of the quest gives no faction hits at all.

Doesn't have the amounts, but does confirm that Knights of Thunder should be getting faction hits.

What faction hits are you getting right now? I know we don't show the # values on P99.

Your faction standing with Guards of Qeynos has been adjusted by 25.
Your faction standing with Bloodsabers has been adjusted by -12.
Your faction standing with Antonius Bayle has been adjusted by 7.

Which zone are your skeletons? They spawn in 2 zones (at least).

The ones in Qeynos Hills, which drop Putrid Rib Bones. They're the right bones, otherwise he wouldn't give xp and some of the faction hits.
