How dumb are you to believe that fraps? "You cannot use that command right now..."

It says a lot about Cucumbers too. Have you ever competitively FTE'ed? Flux staves give you that message frequently, as does using charges of wands. Have you ever missed the FTE because you spammed wands/staves and got hit by that bug? I have and it fucking sucks.
