Do identical DoTs stack on npcs on p99?

Shaman epic and Splurt don't stack, I really haven't heard of many other problems.

How about the VP staff (real nec Epic) It seems to have both the drain components of the Vexing line and the Splurt/Shaman Epic like increasing dmg Component. Anyone know how that stacks/dont stack?
