Default Windows cannot find 'eqgame'

I have downloaded all 5 discs and tried running with the Titanium.bat and I keep getting this error. What am I doing wrong?

Move your EQ directory out of Program Files.

How do you launch EQ? If it is the batch file what are the contents of that file? What directory do you have your installation in?

Could this be an Anti-Virus issue? Ive heard its possible for virus software to quarantine files making them not available

Nah, antivirus conflict only affects dsetup.dll and results in the "cannot attach a debugger" error.

Default Yep can not play due to these errors.

I tried everything in these forums to get the game going. Rewrote the launch file, changed directories, excluded the file form my anti-virus program, turned off my virus program, and tried to launch through administrator. None of this worked. Anyone have any other ideas?
