Also, unmemorized Splurt spell is listed as NEC(255).

I would also love to have Splurt working again. There's all this neat solo content, but it sucks not having our best spell.

Splurt doesn't appear to be working for my necro either.

Spell icon changed/no level requirement listed other than "DO NOT USE" when I look at spell info.

Splurt is broken.. has a different graphic and level 60 is tooo gimp low to be able to use it.. (( I wonder if that is the fabled splurt ))
