I have no idea what the details of this agreement are, but I'd be curious what your definitions of competitive and casual are. <RenamedGuild> probably has a smaller roster than Kittens or TSS, doesn't raid 24/7, and doesn't compete for every mob. Sounds pretty casual to me.

That moment you've been shunned by every other guild on the server so you have to splinter off to a small group of rejects and snipe targets off a rotated night. Sad.

What happens when guild652 doesn't get anything competitive and burns out again? try to merge with Dawn Believers after everyone fucks off to WoW/Green/next-big-game?
