the only 2 reasons why weed isnt 100% legal are:

big pharma (this is the most important one)

private prisons for profit

both of which should be abolished, along with the current tax code / IRS

And they design the system to keep em re-offending. Keep em coming in and out of prison. Lets the prisons do whatever they want so a two year stay can turn into a life sentence.
