How is it inconceivable that Rogean (or anyone with access to the database) could log onto a dummy GM account, create $10,000,000 plat pieces, 4 bags of Fungi's, 4 bags of CoFs, and then sell then through RMT sites?

These activities would take him/her 5 minutes? I have no idea what RMT prices are but I would imagine we are talking like $20k IRL.

Not sure why this is a stretch if the imagination (not saying it happens - P99 seems rather clean TBH)

All I said that was unrealistic is Rogean conspiring with the eq overlords over the past couple of years in some grand RMT scheme. A previous GM was already shamed for stripping accounts in a RMT scheme. That actually happened, so it's not inconceivable what so ever. If this is an issue that you're losing sleep over, then I hope you saw Skarlorn's avatar before he ascended.
