Bugs discovered

levitate is bugged, the bobbing is super fast, then when u click it off in mid air you are stuck in mid air and cannot move.

also mouse look sensitivity is locked on 1 slow speed and cannot be adjusted

One common troubleshooting suggestion for frame drops while mouse turning was to lock eqgame.exe to 60fps max in your nvidia control panel. You might check to see if it's still set that way for your graphics card. I bumped mine up to 100fps and it's running faster.
