Paladin meditation

maybe my UI is bugged or something, but meditation doesn't show a level requirement, just says its awful and zero skill level. I tried to spend a point in it but i get a message saying i have already reached the maximum number of skill points that can be use on this skill.

Is this normal, and what level do paladin actually get meditate?

Gojetax the Stoned Paladin, meditate is level 12 for hybrids. Put in one point at that level and it should begin to skill up. Putting in points before that is a waste and won't count.

I noticed this as well when I rolled my SK on red. It shows the skill at 0 at the trainer, so you think you can train it, but you aren't able to until level 12.

Think this might be a bug with meditate. It was missing lvl4 required for a couple of int casters I rolled to mess around with last week. Once I hit 4 I could put points into it though.
