I can log into the game but when i get to the screen to create a character says my spell file is outdated visit website to get latest files on the getting started page. At the bottom of the creation page it gives me that Error message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game

Same here. Using last version from Getting Started page - V45.

I'm posting for any who searches for this errorcode in the future.

I got the SP-1 error and discovered in another forum post that the Getting Started page had an outdated link to the patch. Getting Started had 45 but 46 was available in the patch notes.

After I had the latest patch copied over the issue was fixed.
