Default Eye of Serilis
The item for the magician research component "Eye of Serilis" is currently spelled "Eye of Serillis" with an extra "l"

joking? looted one in Highpass Keep off a goblin, looked it up on the wiki exactly as spelled in game and confirmed it was spelled wrong. However I do frequently play drunk.
