You realise that the raid suspension pertains to the accounts of said players too, right? If you dodge the raid suspension, you just get banned lol. They have way more information than you think they do. Why do you think your computer tries to stop p99 from running with virus protection and you needed to have it make exemptions? There's more than just the anti boxing stuff in there.

DONT LET OTHERS FUCKING KNOW WHO YOU ARE. This last one is actually pretty hard because sometimes you want lifelong friendships and shit but in the end its not worth it in the event of guild drama breakups or someone in a competing guild recognizing you

As a person currently suspended, dont let them raid until its worked out. There are clearly issues in the "top" guilds. Look at how new AG tried to cannibalize Nemce for coming back and saying "I'm taking my guild back because you guys ruined it's reputation." It's one of the ONLY threads I've seen locked in a LONG time. Every week there was some dumbass starting a new thread about how one of the guilds is on their death bed or decimated the other in the cycle.

Work out the details later is how we got to where we are now, and clearly people can't be nice. The other guilds are doing just fine on their own.

People can't even agree to the definitions of words to help clarify rules. Unless we go full bore on rotations this shit is going to continue until GMs make the rules themselves. 6 more weeks of winter/raidban.

5+ years of adding rules, constant petitions and raid guild bans state otherwise. Ban hammer the 1-3% toxic, sick in the head players mercilessly for as long as it takes for them to leave, because years of history has shown they won't change.

I still vote for one mega GM controlled raiding guild. Only this guild can snag raid targets. /rolls only
Casual guilds get one week a month to play, 3 quakes a week for them to go nuts
Then back to regular mega guild raiding

This would remove the need for variance
