Rathe Mountain's Good side, some will sell to you most will just con Indifferent to you and will not sell, Unable to buy any gems there because of it. At The Inn you can only purchase from the Inn Keeper

Well some of those npcs are not vendors. They are meant to just stand there.

There were a lot of merchant errors though which are fixed, pending update.

Faction is missing from a few, which will be further investigated.
