Shrink is classic in the sense that it was introduced before Kunark, but it wasn’t in from the beginning. If you take a look at that big Verant dev post that lists all the buffs and nerfs for each class, adding shrink is mentioned as a buff for shaman. I am also pretty sure I remember the devs discussing shrink in connection with the removal of Guise of the Deceiver, in that they said they knew Guise was often a utility item for large races and thus wanted to provide that same utility through other means. So I am sure shrink will be back in a few months but don’t have the encyclopedic knowledge of the original timeline that others do; perhaps someone else could chime in with exactly when to expect it.
