This is not clickable on others, yet the different flowers are? Is this an intentional thing or a bug?

All Flowers are self buffs, not clickable at all on others, i think you need to elaborate a little more what you mean.

Green and Black flowers are clickable on others until a certain point on the timeline when they become self-only. The others are self-only already.
