Game Mechanics: Mouse over Preview

My mouse over preview of spells/items has completely stopped working. I rebooted and still nothing. I have to actually long click an item to see what it is in my bag. In other words, I can't tell the difference between a stave of shielding and a burnished wooden stave unless i actually open the items window. The same goes for spells, i can't tell the difference between Spirit of Wolf and Celerity without casting them.

For some reason, it being negative stops item hover text from working. If you reboot it resets the counter and item hovers should reappear. Alternatively, wait another 24.86 days and it'll fix itself.

Make sure you actually reboot and not shutdown/startup.
