The healthcare for illegal immigrants thing is just pure insanity. Trust me guys, I'm going to provide healthcare for EVERYONE in our own country, *and* anyone who comes here illegally, and the quality of care overall will somehow stay the same!

Like sure joe utopia sounds great, unfortunately we're not all 6 years old.

Healthcare for immigrants is a good idea if they form a portion of your workforce. You want your workforce to be healthy so they can be productive which benefits the economy and increases tax revenue for governments.

Primary and preventative healthcare are great for this.

No one is against healthcare for immigrants. Many people are against healthcare for illegal immigrants who are not citizens and cannot work legally in the US.
