I'd be happy with a mash up of Riot and AG's. Freedom's may as well have been written in crayon.

AG's most well written and concise, and similar in nature to Riot. Looks like a good place to start negotiating.

Riot proposing a green style jury system when most shit on green bypasses it to settle out of court or petition straight to GM's.

and Detoxx immediately asks for Rotation Races rofl. Detoxx, these aren't competitive, they exclude all the casuals (this has been shown in Kael for months), and you need to stop hiding behind them. Stop being scared to actually compete, you know, by playing actual Everquest.

Passing it off onto other players from the server to rule on seems incredibly flawed and not likely to reduce petitions. Like I said no one wants to get into some star chamber shit on green they'd rather concede or get the GM's involved, so the same status quo we already have.

All petitions get posted into an RnF poll and the online forum community gets to decide, problem solved

Meanwhile, Freedom's toxicity is overflowing again in the UN channel, trying to keep casual guilds out, trying to lock up content behind their Rotation Races. Shame.
Focus should be on how to bring together proposals, especially with many people finding much agreement between AG and Riot's proposal right now.

The only other real solution I can think of is when a guild thinks they're wronged, everyone drops the mob, reviews, and a concession is thrown out by the guilty party or people who claimed falsely. But if the punishment is the same as if they wait weeks on end while things are reviewed, no loot is deleted, and it's only 2 mobs they lose, why even bother not going to petition? You might even get away with it even if you did break the rules. A council might not be perfect, but it could be dealt with far more swiftly and if the party found in the wrong doesn't like it, they could escalate it, but if one party is habitually in the wrong and petitioned, people will take notice in and out of guild. Especially if there are steeper consequences to it. As for the TOV lockouts, this is Freedom's chance to try to throw AG away like a used condom with a meta that literally only they want. Very short lockouts would be fine to prevent leapfrogging, but Freedom doesn't want that. It's gonna be a LONG winter of not raiding, folks.
