This information was previously posted in
this thread. It has not had any dev responses in awhile even though they stated it would be fixed in a patch or two.
I am thinking the devs could be missing the post due to the age of the original post and sorting options.

Alchemy vendors need fix asap.
The two alchemy vendors in Oggok have the wrong inventories for alchemy ingredients. They should have the basic inventories of Dargon and Spirita in Halas.

Also, the troll basic potion merchant in Grobb is missing generic herbs and potions.
Right now only the Barbarian shamans have the ability to skill up alchemy correctly, giving them an unfair advantage over their evil counterparts.
