Default Leveling path for Cleric

Hey there all,

I was wondering if there was a efficient way to level on a cleric so that by the time I'd be 46 I'd have enough faction to turn in thurg quest armor or if I should join a plate house grp at 46 and get faction while rolling for items then. Not sure how long it'd take.

Any advice is surely appreciated.

What level are ya now?

Assuming you are at least low 30's I would find a ranger and fear kite giants and dogs in Great Divide. I soloed my druid 41 to 45 there and after I was dubious to dragons and kindly to dorfs. I expect another 5 levels and I would be max faction.

Yea it's painful on the eyes but the exp isn't bad and you can collect toes, heads, and helmet (I think they drop). Also can collect stuff for your Coldain Shawl quest if you plan to do that. Plus you are really close to a town and a druid ring.

Hags upstairs in Unrest aren't always easy to split but they're fairly easy to nuke down once pulled <3

lol. I hope you like grouping with randos in the worst zones this game has to offer. Unless you have a static group of 2-4 friends that can venture off the critical path of p99's sewer-like leveling zones, you're gonna be spending a lot of time in mistmoore, city of mist, and karnor's castle. Leveling a cleric is an exercise in mind numbing tedium. At least it's easy, with how twinked people are, they rarely need heals.

Instead of aiming for faction grinding later, just grab yourself a few cloudy potions (10p, instaclick invis) from a reagents vendor, get a port to Iceclad with sow and levitate, and run your way to Wakening Land for a faction group. You can get yourself to max coldain in like two nights. Dragon faction was heavily nerfed there, but coldain faction is as good as ever. I hit max ally with coldain before I was even out of threatening with claws of veeshan. And if you can afford them get a pair of thurgadin greaves and breastplate for the level 12 clickable group heal and karn. I used those for pubbie group healing all the way to 45 when I switched to donal's arms Valor click until, like, 50?

You can theoretically solo if you hate efficiency and enjoy a comical level of downtime and unimaginably slow exp gain.
