Spells: Clarity ii is level 52 - should be level 54

Hi folks, wanted to report this. Not sure if it's correct. The wiki lists Clarity II at 54. It's a level 52 spell atm, at least on Green.

I'm not really sure what information level 52 was based on. It may have come from the original spell data file from Kunark, but maybe that file contained beta levels that never went live.

I couldn't find any reference to the level increasing right after Kunark launch, so I'll increase it to level 54 until evidence is found.

The Kunark spdat that Nilbog sent me was dated March 2000 so it still had the Kunark beta spell levels I bet.
