It will heal eventually. I had a similar injury, only my pinky was numb, took about a month for the nerves to grow back.

Reinjury and inflammation could assist with blood flow and autophagy a long with some fasting. Increasing healing rate.

If you damaged your nerves and got better in a month you have like wolverine regeneration super.
More likely is 3-4 months with a small chance of never. | ||

My right shoulder went straight numb last year, like, it fell asleep. The pectoral muscle, my shoulder, fucking ASLEEP! It lasted a little over a month! I was like WTF IS THIS??!! I never felt it before, most I got out of anyone was a "pinched nerve"? Did i get wounded playing EQ?? | ||

I appreciate the info, it’s comforting to hear people mention that based on their experience it takes at least a month+ to recover. Normally with tendon or joint issues I notice at least some recovery after a couple weeks, but this appears to be a nerve issue. It was just scary to have a dead hand for that long with no progress
Laying off playing P99 has been the hardest part for me lol | ||
