I actually know the solution to this! I've been debugging my own green problems since launch, its ridiculous.

After installing Titanium, when you patched up with p99, you overwrote the files incorrectly.

Navigate to your eq folder under:
C:\"yourEQfolderlocation"\RenderEffects\

There are 2 folders called MPL and SPL. If you delete old MPL and SPL folders and put the "patch 52" MPL/SPL folders in there, you get the no walls/ground/sky issue since there is a dependency with other MPL/SPL files.

To correctly patch up, do another Titanium install, so you have all the files in the MPL and SPL folders respectively.
Then open MPL folder and copy/paste the 3-4 new MPL files from patch 52, overwrite.

Repeat for SPL folder. Should be golden then.
FYI I have 50 files in MPL and 79 files in SPL.

I ran into this issue when debugging.

Just wanted to update this to say it can still be a problem, even in patch57. Thanks for the fix!
