Pathing Juliash Lockhear pathing into bottom wall

At night (~6 PM GT) Councilor Juliash Lockhear (Juliah Lockheart) moves to the bottom floor. However, she does not stop with the other councilors--she keeps walking into the wall. You can actually hear her scurrying from inside the council room.

Update: it looks like on the top floor, when Hailed, Councilor Juliash starts ghosting for about 90 seconds.
