Quest Issue: Targin the Rock

Targin and his PH ('a greater kobold', not to be confused with 'greater kobold') should despawn at 7AM and repop at 8AM. This spawn cycle is currently not in game, which leaves me to wonder if Targin himself is in game yet or not. He should have dropped with the Sol Ro patch.

Robe of the Lost Circle quest is in era. You'll find it mentioned on Everlore and the forum below in January 2000.

Yes I am having trouble finding a hard date myself. It seems we know it was before 01/2000 and 10/1999 patch makes the most sense to me. I guess tailoring was part of the quest as well. Brother Qwinn and Brother Z are both confirmed spawning and dropping the robe on Green as well

"Skill in tailoring is no longer required to craft The Robe of the Lost Circle ." June 2000 patch the stats get a boost that patch date as well.

Yeah I saw that and have been trying to find out what the skill check should be. Any research you find would be appreciated.

As far as the tailoring skill needed, it is trivial at a skill of 27, but it can still fail. I know a fellow whose skill was 36 but he failed the combination! I suggest you find an enchanter friend, get a wisdom buff and wear every wisdom item you own to increase your chance of success. my skill was lvl 30 and my wisdom was 121 at the time of my combination

If it's fixed pending update, that usually means it needs a data patch to go live. So more than a reboot. Feel free to correct me Telin.
